Scheduled patient must submit the COVID-19 monitoring form 48 hours prior the set schedule.
Cashless Payments
Cashless payments are encouraged to limit contact. We accept credit card, debit card, and GCash.
Be On Time
Please be in the clinic ON TIME to avoid rescheduling. Strictly no walk-ins for now.
Proper Sanitation
Proper sanitation protocol must be observed before entering the clinic. Mandatory use of foot bath and shoe cover, and personal belongings should be placed in a basket provided by the clinic.
Social Distancing
Companions will not be allowed inside the clinic unless the patient is a minor. Even then, only one companion will be allowed. Strict social distancing will be observed.
Body Temperature Check
Patient's temperature will be taken once they enter the clinic.
